ME, JACOB AND BELLA. We're now on our way to take Renesmee to Charlie.
Jacob was in the backseat with Renesmee with Me and Bella in the front
"I'm surprised you took a break from Jedi training." Jacob jokingly told Bella
"If I don't take Renesmee to my dad, he'll come to us." Bella told him
"Eighteen vampires, one human. Not so great." I stated
"I know that's what you guys told Jasper and Edward." Jacob told
Neither Me or Bella reply as we realize that Jacob is aware we're up to something
"Whatever. I'm just glad to get away from all those reeking bloodsuckers." Jacob told us
Me and Bella give Jacob a look of disapproval
"I'm sorry. I know. They're the good guys. But come on, Dracula one and two are creepy." Jacob told us
We all laugh
As we pull up to Charlie's Renesmee quickly gets out of the car and run towards Charlie and Sue as they come out of the house
"There she is. Come here." Charlie says to his granddaughter
Charlie catches Renesmee in his arms and spins her
"Oh wow! Look at you, you've grown half a foot! Seriously. Like 6 inches." Charlie stated
"Come on inside. Lunch is on the table." Sue stated to us
"We got a tree to decorate, huh?" Charlie says to Renesmee
"We've actually got a few errands to run, guys. I'll be back soon, okay?" Bella stated
Jacob gives Me and Bella a knowing look as we leaves
As Bella drives us to settle to meet with J. Jenks
Alice's but gave me a new sense of hope. Maybe she had a plan for us after all. Maybe J. Jenks was the key.
We arrive at the restaurant to meet Jenks.
"We're meeting Mr. Jenks." I stated to the host
"Right this way." The host guides us to the table
"Mrs. Cullen. Soon to be Mrs. Hale." Jenks greets us
"Hi."
"I'm so happy you both called. I always meet my private clients here. It's more comfortable than the office." Jenks told us
"And it's more public." I stated
He smiles
"So, what type of work do you do, J?" Bella asked him
"Oh, you know, this and that. It's always different, which keeps it interesting." Jenks tells us
"Have you know Alice and Zane and Jasper long?" I asked him
"I've been working with them for more than 20 years. And my late partner knew Jasper and Zane 15 years before that. He is, uh, unusually well- preserved." Jenks told us
I titled my head up
"Yes, he is." I told him
"I trust that Mr. Zane is enjoying his vacation." Jenks suggested
"He didn't tell you where he was going, did he?" Bella asked
"No, no, no, he just mentioned that he was leaving when he came by to place his order." Jenks told us
"I assume that his order is ready?" Bella asked
"Of course. I've never been late with a delivery." Jenks told us
Jenks slides an envelope towards Bella and me, she opens the envelope to find forged passports and documentation for Renesmee and Jacob
Bella looks at me and I look at her
"There a problem?" He asked us
"No." I stated
"My husband and I thought that we'd all be traveling together." Bella told him
"Zane said only two were traveling. His instructions were very clear." Jenks told us
Bella clearly disappointed puts the passports and documented back into the envelope
"It's my mistake. Apparently, that's not going to happen." Bella stated
Driving back to forks after our meeting with Jenks
Alice's vision was clear. Renesmee would have a future. But Edward and Bella wouldn't be a part of it.
Me and Bella watched as Renesmee goes to Edward arms and he picks her up lovingly and talk to her through her mind.
Bella nudges me to follow her. I look at Jasper who was looking at me. I turn back to Bella and nod. She then goes and packs a bag for Renesmee, with some money and writes a letter for Renesmee
The letter says:
My dearest Renesmee.
I thought we would have forever together. But forever isn't as long as I'd hoped. I know now why Alice left me and your aunt Delilah clues. It was to keep you safe. Everything you and Jacob will need is in this pack. Jacob will protect you. And he'll help you learn about the Ticuna legends.
As Bella finishes up writing her letter to Renesmee, Alistair walks into the room
"It's a romantic notion, isn't it? That a righteous few day deft a great evil. I must admit, you even had me believing. For a moment. Well, good luck." He chuckles
