Previously on Prongslet

"What's your name?" Another one asked

"Har-Harry Potter" Harry answered shyly

All of the girls got even more excited and after making another dozen remarks introduced him to everyone.

A boy named Oliver Wood walked over to him and said "a little scrawny, but can be worked up for Quidditch"

Harry then talked to a bunch of other people and then fell asleep late at night.

In Dumbledores Office

"Then I came back with some food and Harry told me that a snake talked to him" Sirius finished

Dumbledore was listening patiently to the story and when it was done he said "I have to tell you gentlemen something, Something that is in need of great confidence"

Remus and Sirius both nodded wondering what information could be that sensitive

"The night Voldemort came to murder Lily and James, He left a part of his soul in Harry so, some of his abilities may be transferred into Harry" Dumbledore explained calmly

Remus and Sirius were both shocked

"So my godson is part VOLDY" Sirius exclaimed

"It appears so," Dumbledore said sadly

"So he's going to be like him, is he going to be a death eater?" Remus asked

To his surprise Sirius replied to him with "We all got both light and dark inside us, What matters is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are" (WHATUP BOOK REFERENCE!!)

"Since when do you say stuff like that?" Remus asked, astonished

Sirius shrugged and said something like "Prongs used to say that when I moved with him and was talking about Regulus"

Remus made an "oh" sound and went back to Dumbledore who said "Well said Sirius"

"I actually have a surprise for you gentlemen," Dumbledore said mysteriously

"ooh" Sirius squealed like a child

Just then there was a knock at the door and an old stern woman who was wearing a hat with a stuffed vulture came in

Story continued

"Hello Black, Lupin," said Augusta Longbottom

Sirius groaned which earned him a kick from Remus

"Augusta, Long time no see" Remus exclaimed and went up to hug her. (Augusta used to love Remus as a child)

"Same goes for you Remus, my how you have grown" She exclaimed she was really like a grandmother to Remus

"Why are you here?" Remus asked politely

"I am here to see my godson" She said as if she was talking to a 2 year old

"I don't meant to be rude but godson?" Remus asked surprised

"Harry Potter." She answered like it was obvious

"but he is our godson" Sirius finally said getting up

"Well Lilly assigned me to be his godmother" she stated

"I assigned poor Lilly as Nevilles godmother and she assigned me as Harry's" she continued

Sirius and Remus looked at Dumbledore and Dumbledore nodded confirming that Augusta is telling the truth.

"Dumbledore didn't let me take him in when Lilly died, So now I've come to meet him"

"I owe you an explanation," Dumbledore said "When Lilly died she sacrificed herself for Harry which created a blood bond. The Dursleys were the only family that Harry had left. When Harry considered Privet Drive his home Voldemort couldn't come and harm him. Little did I know that the Dursleys themselves would hurt Harry"

The 3 adults were trying to take everything in. Once they accepted everything. Augusta said, "Can I meet my godson now?"

A/N ok ok this is actually the end of the chapter. Im sorry its short its just that my exams are coming up but I still wanna post for u guys. Ill try my best to update but I wouldn't really depend on me for these next 2 week and idk if I'm gonna post on winter break. Please understand that this is really hard but I'm in high school now. Ill probably still post next week but *shrugs*. Please don't give up on me.
