She wasn't here with him.
Maleficent closed his eyes, maybe hoping that if he opened his eyes again then she'll be there but once he opened his eyes, she still wasn't there.
His heart fell apart as he began to look around frantically for her.
'Where could she be? She could be anywhere' Maleficent thought to himself as he decided that Y/n couldn't have gone too far, after all, you didn't like to walk far distances anyway. With that in mind, Maleficent made his way swiftly into the forest.

I found myself standing in the garden when I found a peculiar looking rose.

I held it in my hand, twirling it, avoiding its thorns.
"Hmm, I never used to like rose, we get so distracted by its beauty that we run in to quick to pick it and forget the ricked getting pricked by them" I said to myself.
Suddenly a gold mish came on the rose and all the thorns were gone.
My eyes widen and my breath stuck in my throat, shocked that he found me.
I heard his footsteps coming my way but I didn't dare look up to meet his eyes soon I could feel his cold presents, that always gave me comfort next to me
"But isn't it worth it?"
"To bleed from all the thorns only to bleed, again and again. Is it real worry holding on for so long?" I asked, no making eye contact with him.
He sighed.
"Maybe the rose, after all this time of getting hurt by other put up a defence with is also a test, a test to see those who truly care and loves it is willing to hold on, no matter how much they bleed for it"
It took a lot not to look at him as he took a deep breath in.
"I'm sorry, Y/n"
I slowly turned to face him, never have I heard his apologized before.
He placed his cool hand on my cheek, his eyes had this soft, caring look in his eyes.
"I didn't realize how much you mean to me until that fight, I tried to push you away because I once trusted someone and they broke my trust" He explained.
My eyes soften as I placed my hand on his.
"Oh Maleficent I would never dream of hurting you"
He smiled softly.
"I know" He said softly.
I walked up and wrapped my arms around his neck. He didn't hesitate to wrap his around my waist lifting me up of the groud a little casing a laugh to escape me.
Looking up I meet with his eyes and I couldn't help but smile at him.
I pulled him down by his neck, our lips colliding.
He was shocked at first but eventually, he got comfortable and kissed me back with the same love and passion. He roomed one of his hands and placed on my cheek, gentle creasing it as his other arm pulled me closer towards him as though we weren't close enough before.
We pulled apart, panting slightly as I couldn't help smile at him like he 'tch' and turned his headway for me but I couldn't help but notice a blush on his cheek.
I held his hand causing him to look at me again.
"I love you Maleficent" I told him without hesitation.
He tried his best not to smiled and just pulled me in for a hug.
"I love you too" He whispered in my ear. (Ok so funny fact I hate it when people whisper in my ear, it's ticklish for me but I'm way too paranoid that they are going to shout in my ear)
I relaxed in his embrace and closed my eyes.
"Nothing could ruin this moment" I mumbled.
(Me: About that-)
"Aurora, she found out about the cure"
"You told her?" I asked as I came out of his embrace.
"Of course not, those fairies told her"
I rolled my eyes.
"Of course those mindless flies would to such a thing"
"She must be by the castle by now. We need to find that prince to break the cure" He explained.
"Hold on, so now you believe in true love?" I asked teasingly.
He smirked.
"I was a fool not to"
I laughed.
"Well, what are you waiting? Someone needs to find that prince"
(3 POV)
He smiled at his love and gold magic appeared on his hand before he twirled his hand and pointed at Y/n turning her into her bird from.
"Good luck, Y/n"
She cawed at him and flapped her wings before flying off to him the prince.
Maleficent watched as she flew off before dramatically turning and walking off.

My shortest chapter to date. Sorry for the late chapter this was way overdue. I'm trying a new style of writing (One-shots) for my other book (I don't know how some other rights do it XD). Anyways hope you guys enjoy this chapter I tried so lovey-dovey thing here sorry if it's cringy.
