Okay so I suddenly got this super strong urge to write again, so I'm literally about to start on some more chapters ! But I was checking on some of the comments through the story so I'd figured I should try to explain a few things before I start putting out new chapters.

Annalise is a super emotional character !! I started writing when I was really not okay mentally so I gravitated to a lot of depressing scenes, so Annalise does cry quite a few times. (Also, yes, I cried a lot during writing) So whenever Annalise gets really emotional and you think its too much or nothing worth crying over, remember that Annalise is a very pure child. She was never treated as an adult so while she did become her own person, she is still quite dependent on others and will act like a small scared little girl.

All translations are at the bottom !! Annalise speaks mostly in French, so there's a lot of dialogue in French. I didn't think to put translations in the comments but I didn't want to ruin the flow of writing by putting translations right under the line. I might go back and insert translations in the comments but that might be once I've finished s1.

I DO NOT HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT AFTER WRITING A CHAPTER !! I have no idea how to explain it, but when I write it kind of just flows, and any mistakes in grammar or if the story just isn't going in a way I like it, it just gets changed during many, many revisions. I obviously want to follow the show, but I'm mostly using it as a frame of what the main story is like and how the characters react. I really really didn't want to make a fanfic where there's an OC that just follows someone around like a little puppy dog, I want to create a story for my OC and make her have meaning and deep feelings and be her own person and fit in the story her own way.

I honestly don't know if I want to do s2. I fell in love with s1 and had super high expectations for s2 and for some reason felt really let down by it. When I first started writing, I had ideas here and there about what Annalise's story would be like in s2, but by now I've almost completely forgotten what I wanted to do so I'm going to have to go back and rewatch the entirety of s2 and brainstorm whilst also watching. BUT if I finish s1 relatively quickly and still want to write more then I might just go ahead and do that... I still haven't made up my mind yet :///
