It's in the place of prayer we find strength, it's in communion with the Father that we have power.
The strength to resist sin and flee from temptation is found in the place of prayer. When you feel tempted pray because that's where you'll gain strength.
You keep praying.
Your flesh is weak but what makes your spirit stronger? It's prayer. When the flesh is weak it will be the strength of your spirit that came from prayer that will give you the capacity to resist and flee.
