"If we could reach the sky
The birds would hide
Their nests would fall
Their trees would slide

We'd shape the clouds,
In all sorts of ways,
And pluck the stars
To make bouquets

We'd gift them out
All nicely wrapped,
We'd ride the rainbows
Until they snapped

We'd trap the rain,
Force out the sun,
The earth would scream
'What have you done?'

We'd block our ears
'Till we've lost it all
Watch the sun go cold
And the blue moon fall.

'Till we're crushed down low,
For we'd looked too high,
What a dreadful thing,
If we could reach the sky."
