Hell no. The journey has barely begun and if getting your degree takes three to four years then dating you shouldn't be that easy either.
Let him chase. Let him work for it. Make the guy go crazy by showing more interest in someone else, preferably someone in their close friend circle.
Keep it light. You don't want him to think you're not interested but you need to keep him on his toes. You can't let him think he's won the game yet.
Especially since he doesn't even know he's playing it.
