Youngjae set up a makeshift bed for the younger to sleep on.

Jungkook watched the other silently.

Mark on the other hand was fast asleep.

Youngjae soon placed down a few pillows and a blanket.

"There, it'll do for the time being. I'll be sure to talk with the others in the morning. I know you truly didn't mean to hurt Yugyeom..."

"It's fine...I'll be out of here by the end of the week..." Jungkook mumbled.

Youngjae frowned.

"Kook-"

"No. This is my final decision...if I continue to stay here then I'm putting you all at risk..." Jungkook frowned. "I don't want the same fate to happen to you guys...I'm taking myself out of this situation."

"Where would you even go?" Youngjae asked him.

"I don't know...I possibly won't live long enough to find a permanent home..." Jungkook sighed.

It was silent for a moment.

"You're tired." Youngjae told. "You're not thinking straight...get some sleep. You'll find a better solution for this in the morning."

He then went over to lay down on his own bed.

Jungkook looked down before laying down on the mattress.

Youngjae turned off the lights and turned to the side to sleep.

Jungkook laid on his back, staring at the ceiling.

He couldn't sleep.

How could he?

Every waking moment it was a nightmare.

Even in his dreams they never disappear.

What was the point?

Maybe if I stay awake...things will be okay...yeah...

Jungkook continued staring at the ceiling, darkness surrounded him as his vision slowly adjusted.

With both silence and dark, he started to reminisce events before this all happened.

His eyes watered as he recalled each memory from his hyungs.

Tears ran down as he choked back a sob.

Hyungs...

Jungkook continued to cry sielntly before hearing the floorboards creak.

He stopped immediately upon hearing the noise.

No...

He heard something walk around, creaking still present.

Jungkook shook his head slightly.

He was simply scaring himself.

His mind is playing tricks and making him worry about nothing.

After all, he did attack someone, he might repeat the same mistake if he wasn't careful.

Jungkook turned to the side and covered his ear with a pillow.

It'll go away...just go to sleep Jungkook...

He couldn't sleep.

He was fearing for his life.

His heart started racing as he heard the doorknob slowly creak open.

Jungkook closed his eyes tightly.

They're not here.

They're not here.

You're imagining it.

Just go to sleep Jungkook.

Just go to sleep!

The sound of footsteps slowly crept towards Jungkook.

He began to tremble.

You're going to die...

Do something...

Do something!

Jungkook sat up and tackled the person.

He made sure they were held down before placing his pillow over their face and pressed down.

"You're not murdering me today you doppelganger!" He yelled.

The person's body trying to escape Jungkook's hold, hands trying to pry the boy off of him.

Jungkook continued holding the pillow down before seeing the other began to loosen their arms and fall limp.

"Jungkook!"

Jungkook turned his head, only to be met with punches as Bambam got on him.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" He yelled as he kept punching the other.

Jungkook felt his mind running in circles.

He didn't register Bambam's words as in the corner of his eye, the now fully awakened group members were circled around them, checking on the person he had tried to kill.

Their worried voices heard as they check on them, one of them beginning to phone an ambulance.

Jungkook watched as one of them lifted up the pillow.

Jackson...
