23~ Aadhya taking stand for Dev

Aadhya smiled, coming back to her home.  She look at driver and told him to go now, she will come tomorrow morning. The driver obeyed her order and left. She stepped inside the haveli and walked further.

She want to gather some information, want to know a many things related to Dev's revenge. So it won't be wrong to say that she is practically here for Dev.

" Maa.."

Naina stood up from couch as she heard her daughter's voice. Other family members too looked at her and smiled happily while Aadhya hurriedly went to her mother and hugged her.

" How are you, beta. I missed you so much,"

Naina said with teary eyes then kissed her forehead. Aadhya look at every family of her and her gaze stopped at her kaki-maa, Ajit's wife. She walked toward her and hugged her who smiled, feeling her warm embrace then they broke the hug. She smiled a little seeing Sanjay then looked around and asked.

" Where is baba? I want to see him."

Their smile dropped and they seemed little hesistant to answer Aadhya's question who thinned her eyebrows, at their silence.

" I am here, princess."

But, smile again formed against her lips hearing her father's voice. She turn around and look up at stairs from where Vijay is coming while descending the stairs.

But, smile started fading away from Aadhya's lips seeing her father so well, like he does not seem injuried.

Vijay has warm smile on lips as he finally got his daughter back.

" How are you, Princess."

Vijay asked his daughter.

" Baba, You are okay? Maa said you fell from stairs?"

He sighed as Aadhya questioned him back. Don't know why, she is not feeling okay now. Suddenly, she want to go back to Dev, to Agnivanshi haveli. A strange fear is overpowering her thoughts.

" We....lied, Princess."

Just when Vijay said, main door of haveli got closed by guards outside. Aadhya glance at closed door before again looking at her father who spoke further.

" How cruel, instead of hugging your father, you are questioning me."

He sounded sweet but right now, his daughter is not in the mood.

" Why did you lie, maa?"

Aadhya asked her mother who sighed then spoke.

" For you, beta. If we had not lied, you would not have come here. This is was the only option we had."

Aadhya was not satisfied by her answer. She glance at her father before stepping back. Rathores widen their eyes when Aadhya started calling someone after saying-

" I want to go back."

But, she was unable to call the driver who dropped her here, when Vijay snatched her mobile.

" You cannot."

It was more like order from Vijay's side. Aadhya furrowed her eyebrows, failed to comprehend his tone.

" Why?"

Aadhya asked, confusedly.

" Because you were not safe there, beta. They kidnapped Sanjay. Don't tell me you have forget the way Dev Agnivanshi has married you. One day, you had to come back to us. You were never his, beta."
