Phoenix POV
I was standing next to my car after school on Tuesday.
It was a little icy on the ground and it was raining.
Alex held an umbrella over the two of us.
Adrien sat in the backseat of my car playing on his phone, with door open.
I looked over and locked eyes with Jasper.
He gave me a flashing smile and I kissed my hand and blew it at him.
Suddenly someone tapped my shoulder.
I turned around and saw my brother, Edward.
He motioned for me to follow him into the woods.
When we got there, he turned around to face me.
"Your real name isn't Phoenix Agreste." He started.
I froze when he said that and looked into his head.
He figured it out.
"You're actually Phoenix Liz Masen. My little sister." He finished.
"Took you long enough to figure out. And you're both wrong and right. Yeah, I'm your little sister. But my real name is Phoenix Liz Masen Agreste." I said with a little chuckle at the end.
He chuckled too, before wrapping me in a big, comforting hug.
"I thought you were dead." His voice was muffled into my hair.
"I thought the same about you." I replied, hugging him back.
"Let's not tell your family about this, okay?" I said when we let go of each other.
"Okay. But is your whole adoptive family vampires?" He asked.
I made a grimace at adoptive, but nodded and walked out of the woods first.
I saw Angela and Adrien talk close to my car and walked over to them.
"Hi Nix! Angela has invited us out to First Beach this weekend. Are you coming?" Adrien yelled to me when I was not far away.
I gave him a thumbs up and stood next to Alex, leaning a little on my car.
Suddenly a screeching sound was heard was heard.
I turned my head that way and saw a van about to crush Isabella Swan.
I wanted it to do it, but at the same time I didn't.
Because she was my brothers mate, I couldn't let the van crush her.
I figured out she was my brothers mate yesterday.
When the van stopped, I saw my brother over there.
He had stopped the car and with that, exposed us to Isabella.
We got in our cars and left at the same time as the Cullens.
We got a little problem now.
