The week went by in a blur with Keith sending Me gifts and being cute in general. Right after our date night he made it his mission to always make me smile.
Thinking about it makes me smile now
Flashback
On our way to my house, I made Keith stop at a Walmart so I could get some ice cream.
"You want some?" I try to feed him my favorite cookie dough ice cream.
"No thank you, I'm not a fan of junk food" he says and gasp
"I know, I like to eat healthy all the time too, but you're actually missing a lot" I place my hand on my chest. Keith pulls over at the park and I step out, to sit on the bench not so far from where we're parked.
It's so quiet and beautiful here, it used to be my favorite place as a child.
"Hey, you good?" Keith asks as he sits beside me
"Hmm yeah" I say resting my head on his shoulder.
"Your favorite fruit?" I ask him
"Grapes, you?" he replies
"Apples." I eat some ice cream and moan in satisfaction
"You really should try this, just a little?" I try to feed him again and he eats it
"It's good right?" I ask grinning like a child
"Yes princess" he wipes some ice cream off my cheeks and I blush
"We both have to work tomorrow, you should get some rest, I don't want you to have a bad day just because you didn't rest properly, then I'd feel bad" he stands, taking the ice cream bowl before pulling me to him.
We hug for a while
I love how I feel in his arms

I never really had time for relationships because I felt it'll just make me distracted. But there was this guy I was really attracted to, we both attended the same university. And yes we had flings once in a while but I made sure I didn't fall in love.
Yup I don't have much of a dating life
We pull away, he takes my hand in his and we walk silently to the car. Our thoughts surrounding us. The drive to the house was quiet, but it wasn't awkward it was really comfortable. He kept stealing glances at me and I sat there blushing.
"I'll get the door" He says as he stops in front of my apartment. He walks to the passengers side, helping me out of the car
"Thank you" I grab my stuff and we walk to the front door.
"I-"
"I-" we both say at the same time and I laugh
"You first" he says
" I had a nice time tonight, thank you" I smile
" I had a nice time too, we should do this again sometime, what do you think?" He asks smirking at me
"Definitely" we stare at each other for a while
"Okay, um, goodnight, I'm gonna head inside now" I say feeling nervous
"Yeah, sure, Sleep well princess" He says watching me as I open the door and walk in.
"I guess I'll see you around" I say and he smiles
"Definitely" he replies and I smile before locking the door.
Oh fuck it!
I open the door
"Keith wait" I call after him and he looks back at me already worried
"Are you okay? Is anything wrong?" He scans my face looking into my eyes
"Yes- No, I mean" I decide to just shut up and kiss him instead
He hesitates for a while clearly startled before pulling me closer, his hands on my waist. We kiss for a while before pulling away for some air.
"Anna" he looks at me
"That was amazing, you have no idea how hard it was resisting the urge to kiss you all night, this dress has been driving me crazy" he says and my cheeks turn red, only now do I realize what I did.
"Be safe, text me when you get home" I tell him before walking inside red as a tomato.
I watch him through the window only heading upstairs when he drives away.

The sound of the door bell wakes me up from my nap. I hear Lily scream downstairs and i quickly rush downstairs, every ounce of sleep leaving my eyes.
"Lily are you okay?" I ask panicking as I descend the stairs only to she her hugging April.
I relax
"April!" We have a little group hug before pulling apart.
"You're back?" I ask her as she hands lily some designer shopping bags
"Oh wow you definitely took your time shopping" I tease
"Gotta get the best stuff for my baby, I'm so sorry I missed your birthday my love" she says
"It's fine April as long as you're here now" Lily hugs her
"And me?" I fold my arms
"Of course I didn't forget about you"She hands me a Louis Vuitton shopping bag and I immediately take out the box.
I unwrap carefully almost as if I was scared of breaking something
Oh my gosh
She got me the LV ESCALE ONTHEGO GM I've always wanted.
"Omg April thank you thank you thank you!" I gosh
"You're welcome baby, daddy's black card took the heat" She chuckles sheepishly And I gasp shocked
"What? Don't look at me like that, he was happy I was shopping for you both as well" she raises her hands up In defense
"Come on we're all going out, plus YOU need to tell me about your not so little date night" She smirks
"She kept on smiling for the rest of the week" Lily laughs and I roll my eyes.
"That's so not true" I try to hide my smile
"There's that smile again" Lily teases
"Ole girl is whipped" April laughs before walking upstairs and I help her with her bags shaking my head.
Not one lie told, I guess I'm really whipped.
