70. The Last of Nobles

After dinner, Scion has moved my things to his room. He wants to be with his whole family where Csarie and Czar will be sleeping in between us.

"Have you decided?" I whispered while looking at Scion. He nods and reached my hand where it's lying between Csarie and Czar.

"I wish you haven't yet submitted the divorce papers. It's difficult making an arrangement again." He blinks while smiling.

*pfft*

"What's so funny?" He lays his head on his palm and curiously looks at me. "I knew you didn't yet." I nod at him and closed my eyes to sleep.

We moved to my place after Scion made an arrangement. The employees of the mansion were not neglected for he had given them a month and choices where to work in. Scion has a lot of connections which will give employment for them.

"Dad, don't pressure him that much." I warned my father while he's giving Scion a lot of supplements which are protein shakes and advice. They have seen Scion that he wants to help him gain back what he has lost.

"What's wrong? He needs this. don't you miss the hotness of your husband?" Dad defended and I shake my head.

"I'll make him eat my food rather than drinking those." I continued cooking while they continued chatting and playing with the kids. My apartment is always like a party place in the afternoon until dinner because they kept on visiting and after dinner it's just the four of us.

"Sir Scion?" We decided to visit the foundation that Jhun mark and I had established and when he introduced the whole staff to us, one of them; the veterinarian has recognized my husband.

"I'm sorry, it's been long and I couldn't remember that much." Scion curiously asked the man but he pats on Scion's shoulders.

"I'm Zola, one of your chosen scholars to provide a better future for the animals. I wasn't expecting that you're related to our founders." The guy happily wrapped his arms on his chest and glanced at me. "I feel confused then. You look familiar."

"This is Brazen, the head of Animal welfare. She assigned me to manage this." Jhun Mark introduced me to Zola and his eyes tightens while nodding his head.

"And also you're his wife? How fascinating. Sir Scion, I assure you that your scholars has been doing the favor you asked from us and we are thankful of your help for leading us to the right path. Andrew, Didi, Sheena, Oscar and my other fellows were able to graduate thanks to your financial assistance. Like what you've said, our goal is to research for the cures and remedies of the animals and when we graduate, we will not charge who could not afford it. we have continued your legacy while keeping your identity." He briefly discussed and we were all amazed with what we heard.

Scion and I left after the agreement of funding it and I couldn't stop my mouth talking about his kindness. "You're the one who succeeded on the cheaper vaccine of Parvovirus?! That was insane? How did you manage to cure a rabid dog? I thought once they're rabid, they're automatically shut down? I couldn't believe you reproduced those confidential discoveries about saving animals. I would do thesame thing if I was there." I couldn't believe and I was so proud of him. The secrets between him and the scholars was never revealed because Scion had made them promise not to reveal anything for their own safety but the cures and remedies they have should be used. It was a long story and I couldn't get over it.

"I wish I can remember everything." He takes my hand and kissed it. I saw his eyes looking at me and I felt that it's been a long time since I cherished the way our eyes meet. Today, I want nothing more but for the improvement of our relationship.
