The next morning I woke up and had no interest in doing much of anything. It was Friday and the thought of Oscar and I's canceled BBQ for this weekend made me both upset and depressed. It was insane how quickly something great turned to shit.

I got up, took my time getting ready for school and decided to walk by myself. I really didn't want to talk to anyone after the shit that I went through with Oscar.

When I got to school, I was early as hell so I decided to sit by a bench near the football field and hang out.

"Nati?" a voice said.

I turned around and saw Kevin.

"Mind if I join you." he asked.

"Sure." I replied.

"How was everything with Oscar?" he asked.

"I'm not sure. Right now, I just need some time to think it through." I admitted.

"I understand. They do say, the best way to teach a guy a lesson is to make them jealous" he said.

"I don't know. I don't wanna do anything stupid." I replied.

"Oh no. I didn't mean cheat on him. Just take really fly pictures of you living your best life and post them." Kevin suggested.

I thought for a moment and maybe he was right.

"I guess. But I don't like selfies" I said.

"I got you Nati. I mean this as your friend, you look cute right now. Lemme take a flick for you" he said.

He stood up and I gave him a little smile.

"Uhm. Not to sound like a creep, but maybe you should roll up your shorts and expose your skin a bit. I know that would make him upset" Kevin nervously replied.

I looked at him and shook my head.

"I don't know about that." I replied.

"Well I do. Guys's hate seeing their girl showing skin on social media." Kevin replied.

I rolled my eyes and followed his advice. I quickly stood up and rolled up my shorts and made my jacket into a cropped style

"Better?" I asked.

Kevin's eyes widened

"Yeah... you look great." He said.

I sat back down and he took the picture.

"Thoughts?" he asked.

I looked at the photo and nodded.

"Looks good

"Looks good. Send it to me" I said with a smile.

Kevin messaged me the picture and I posted it. After a few minutes of chatting about school I grabbed my book bag and he walked me to class.
