Chapter 2

"Maa I am leaving for the office"Avni said taking her bag.

" Wait at least eat something "Jasmine ,Avni's mother said walking out of the kitchen.

"Mom I am not hungry "Avni said running out of the house.

"This has become your daily routine, I told you to join your father's office but no" Jasmine said making her smile.

"I'll do it on my mother, but first I need to become capable for that. Okay Now I am leaving otherwise my boss will fire me"Avni said kissing her cheek and ran out.

"Someone should learn making excuses from you. Bye"Jasmine said

Then Avni went to her office were she was working as an employ. She was setting her thing in her desk then only someone shouted near her ear making her scare.

"Ahhh.."Avni shouted scarcely when she heard someone's laugh. Opening her she saw her best Rose laughing.

"You brat, you scared me so much"Avni said glaring her while putting her hand on chest.

"Sorry "Rose said making an innocent face.

"Its okay now tell me,how did you came so early today??"Avni asked

"Actually...you know last night ...Justin..... he..he called me to ask your number...."Rose said nervously.

"And.."Avni asked in a serious tone

"And...I..I was drunk so by mistake I gave him.."She said making Avni glare her. Well, Justin was the clingy type of guy who earlier used to work with them. Once he proposed Avni but Avni refused him. He had tried to persuade her to be his girlfriend, but Avni refused him and threatened him to complain in the police station. That's when he stopped, and then he suddenly left his job.

"Avni, I am really sorry... I wasn't in my sense..."Rose said, feeling guilty.

"It's okay, Rose...I am angry,"Avni said, giving her a small smile.

"Really...Avni, I swear I..didnt..to do it intention..."Rose was going to say but was stopped by Avni.

"Rose, I told you na that I am not angry. Now stop your apologise game."Avni said making her nod.

"Okay I will not apologise. Now tell me did you completed your presentation."Rose asked

"Yes its completed I just have to recheck it. By the way where is Alex, I didnt see her from a long time"Avni asked

"Oh..her she must be romancing somewhere with her boyfriend. As yesterday he proposed her for the marraige and today they had went to her house to break this news to her parents."Rose

"Wow, its so impressive otherwise now a days where do we found true love. Couples just do time pass with each other and then breakup"Avni said making her nod.

"Yes friend,I wish that some day my prince charming will also come in a knight and will take me away away with him"Rose said dreamingly.

Avni was going to say something when she a her boss Mr Dhruv Agnihotri standing at the door behind rose . Dhruv ,he is the man of every girl's dream , with a well build muscles ,he is a sweet guy who had recently took over the company in place of his father. He is in his mid 20's ,he is 6ft tall with highly physique.
