Today's one of those days, lots of back pain and fatigue. Last night before I showered I just had so much upper back pain where my nubs are and luckily a warm shower helped sooth the pain for a short while. The pain came back though at midnight and I didn't sleep very well.
On the way to take my dog to the vet I saw 6 vultures, 4 siting ominously on the sidewalk and 2 flying overhead, Im not sure what that might mean but I hope it doesn't mean any catastrophe upcoming.

-Bruising
-Limited flexibility
-More stabby pains
