I had the worst leg cramp ever. It woke me up last night and it cramped all night, it felt like all the muscles in my left calf fused together and started to implode. I was only trying to shift... 😭
Didn't get much sleep last night due to the leg cramp, and I still have to deal with my mom, I hope it goes well like it did yesterday.
My wing nubs are also little pains, they cramped a little due to the coldness of my Physics room. I had another phantom horn and tail shift earlier and my tail got stepped on.

-Cramps
-Bigger need for nutrition
-My energy is mostly focused on my back, maybe that's why I'm cramping?
