"Krishna...." Savyasachi said in relief.

But as she was about to go to him, Debyendu  grabbed her waist and pulled her close to him, angering Krishna even more.

"Foul creature, how dare you lay a hand on her ?!" Krishna asked.

"Some mayavi you are, but nothing compared to a yaksh like me. This one is all mine." Debyendu said pulling Savyasachi closer.

"Leave me !" Savyasachi struggled to get out of his grasp.

"Not so quick dear." Debyendu said.

"You deserve death, don't make the mistake thinking that you can try to violate her and walk away !!" Krishna roared, a roar so powerful that it threw Debyendu far away.

Savyasachi quickly ran towards him and he came in front of her, making her stand behind him.

Krishna summoned his Sudarshan Chakra and Debyendu looked at him scared.

"It wasn't my fault ! Her beauty will even make gods question their morals I am a mere yaksh !" Debyendu said.

"Wrong." Krishna said and threw his Sudarshan Chakra at his direction, beheaded him in an instant.

Krishna took a deep breath and made Debyendu's body and head vanish. He then looked at Savyasachi who was on a verge of a mental breakdown. He walked towards her and she fell in his arms, crying.

"Its alright, no one can do any harm now." Krishna said.

"Stay here please." Savyasachi sobbed.

"Alright." Krishna said and took her to the bed.

He sat on it and her lay down, keeping her head on his lap.

"Was it my fault Krishna ?" She asked.

"No. Don't you ever think that any of this was your fault. It was his fault that his morals were wrong, no one asks or wants this sister. In these situations one must never blame themselves." Krishna said.

"You need some sleep." Krishna said and puts his hand over her eyes, making her fall in dreamless yet peaceful slumber.

"I should have been more careful. But now I won't take any chances." Krishna muttered and took out his morpankh from his mukut and transformed it into a pendant.

The next morning Devesh came running to Savyasachi's room when he got to know what happened last night.

"Sachi !" Devesh embraced her tightly.

"Are you alright ? Bhrata Krishna told me everything about Debyendu. Why didn't you tell anything to me ? Don't you trust me now ?" Devesh asked.

"I didn't wanted to worry you." Savyasachi said.

"You are so silly." Devesh sighed.

"I am sorry." Savyasachi said.

"From next time promise you will tell me everything. I am your brother it is my duty to protect you after all." Devesh said.

"I will I promise." Savyasachi said.

"Pranam ! Maharaj Vasudev has called Rajkumar Devesh." A dasi said and left.

ONE OF THE THEMES OF THIS BOOK IS VICTIM BLAMING......HOW SOCIETY ALWAYS BLAMES WOMEN FOR EVERYTHING, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT AT FAULT.

DEBYENDU BLAMING SAVYASACHI FOR HIS LEWD BEHAVIOR MIGHT SEEM STUPID AND ABSURD BUT SADLY ITS THE STORY OF MANY WOMEN IN THE WORLD.

I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE SAYING, "WELL DRESSED LIKE THAT SHE WAS ASKING FOR IT." AND THEN I FEEL LIKE PUNCHING THEM IN THE FACE AND SAY, "WELL THINKING LIKE THAT YOU WERE ASKING FOR IT."
