" I miss you." Teyana pouted, as she talked with Yannick on the phone.

Currently she was on the way to a Parent Teacher Conference day at the girls school, Yannick wasn't in attendance because he had to fly to Memphis for a game. He originally was just going to stay back but Teyana told him to just go with his team and she would report back what they had to say.

" You the one who sent me away, remember." Yannick responded. " But it's okay ma, y'all still coming tomorrow, right ?" he questioned.

" Yep, as soon as the girls get out of school we hopping on a flight." Teyana smiled.

" Y'all new jersey's should be coming in tonight. " Yannick responded.

" Bet. I just pulled up to the girls school, so I'll call you later. I love you baby, be safe." she said.

" I love you more baby, you be safe too, and let me know what them teachers say." Yannick said, before hanging up.

As soon as she made it outside of Raia and Mia's classroom their teacher was ready for them.

" Good afternoon Mrs. Soule, it is so nice to see you today. Will Mr. Soule be joining us today ?" Mrs. Landry greeted.

" Afternoon. And no ma'am  he won't." Teyana answered.

" Okay, well let's get started. First and foremost I would just like to say that you and your husband are raising some amazing girls. They are such good helpers, whether they are helping me or one of their classmates. Every time I've had a sub Soraia and Samia are always listed as people who helped out with the class. They are kids that I can brag about to other teacher for sure." Mrs. Landry started, making Teyana smile.

" Now onto the academics. They both excel in everything I provide them with, they are some of the top performers in there grade. Soraia is currently reading on a 2nd grade level and Samia is reading on a 3rd grade. As far as math they are both on the same page both solving at a 2nd grade level. You definitely have some future genius on your hand." Mrs. Landry added.

As Teyana listened she couldn't do anything but smile. And she also made note to thank Kareem, because she knew that he played a big part in it.

" But I do have some concerns regarding Samia." she began, " Lately in class she has been a little more reserved. She talks to her classmates and sister but not nearly as much as she did before. And lately the only way she really plays at stations is when she's playing with Soraia and rarely even that. Also she constantly asks for you and often draws picture of the two of you during class time."

Teyana's smile quickly turned into a frown. Mia had been doing pretty good when it came to her separation anxiety so to her this made her a little upset. Not only that but that fact that she hadn't caught it herself, made her feel as if she was falling slack as a mother.
