Izuku Midoriya: the cybernetic Villain

Retirement/ deadly alliance

Izumi woke up feeling tired from their Provisional license exams....it was quite the event seeing all the other hero schools going against each other...although there was this one thing that was eating her up....she asked her parents what happened to them the day before the exams.. Telling them that Shoka saw them and even Mr Aizawa crying from something. but their response still didn't satisfy her. telling her that it's not of her concern...but she will know in a later time...she is also requested to come home in two days even Mr Aizawa approved it...so it has to relate to what they discussed earlier.  but what she didn't expect was her father announcing his Retirement as the Number one hero...but he will still be teaching at U.A  to help the future heroes in training. 
obviously there was an uproar. say that it was cowardly of him to leave at such a bad time...but a lot could understand seeing his condition when he fought All For One...Midnight and Ragdoll also announced their retirement as well...Midnight is also still going to teach at U.A, But Ragdoll...she has no where to go...for she does not have her quirk anymore.  
then came up the question they all expected.
what happened to Johnny?, He has not been seen since the Kamino ward Incident and he has not made any sort of appearance. To Izumis guess is her brother is planning something big...something that is dangerous for both heroes and Villains...the Public is still not aware of his cybernetic enhancements nor do they know his real identity.  
the heroes think that if the media found out that Johnny is indeed the son of All Might. then it would so more harm then good their trust has already been tainted enough so adding that to the mix will only make the situation worse. 
Izumi then walks down to the commons room where Shoka and Shoto are sitting there watching TV with some of the others 
Bakugo was training and Katsumi was off somewhere with Mina and Tsuyu
she looked around and saw Kaminari looked at her before he frowns and looks away...they still don't trust her nor like her at all so she just went to go grab drink and went back to her room...opening her notebook trying to write down all the possible cyberware Izuku installed in his body...so far she's only seen the Mantis blades and Gorilla fist...she can't tell what the other modules are...and the wires and the literal rocket launcher in his arm don't make it fun for her to try and exploit their weakness.  she was at a lost...when she asked Mr Aizawa what it felt like fighting him he only told her that he was a walking tank..or Terminator that Midnight likes to call it. 
writing these things down she managed to put together some possible theories
the first one was using an EMP grenade....when she asked Momo when she fought him...Kaminaris electric burst caused him to short circuit making him move in a jagged way..so one...the second was using One For All at 100% on him...but it was really risky..since the only damage it did was destroying his arm leaving him with one...but still he was able to stab her father in his old wound putting him out of his career.  the next one was simple using her Telekinesis quirk to crush his insides....as much as she wants to save him...she would have to resort to killing if he takes it too far...although Might tower explains what his intentions are. 
and finally there is trying to hack his cyberware...she asked Momo about it and she thinks it's possible to do that...hacking it to where he is prevented from using it would help them greatly...so that's the best one they have.  so for now she waits for her mother to come pick her up in a couple of days...

Izuku and Dabi are driving to the mental institution...at Touyas request....they drive and even though Izuku doesn't show it...he is actually happy. 
Izuku: "so when we arrive there is most likely guards there" 
Dabi: "you think their going to waste guards on some mentaly disturbed people?"
Izuku: "it's possible...you never know...since you know who is there" 
Dabi: "right...well let's see what happens then" soon they arrived at the hospital...as Dabi expected. No guards...and Izukus identity has not been revealed at all  along with Dabis..they were just two regular civilians visiting someone. Izuku puts on his leather jacket and gloves to hide his hands..shades and then his signature Shades...Dabi also had a sweater on with a cap..they both got out and walked up to the receptionist
"hello there..how may i help you two?" smiling at them
Izuku: "we're here to see a Rei Todoroki?" telling her and she types into the computer
"and who is visiting?" 
Dabi: "family...and a friend" 
"may we have your name?" 
Izuku: "Ukuzi Yami" 
Dabi: "Natsuo Todoroki" using his little brothers name and she types it in
"alrght then...here you are give this to the person at the doors and she'll guide you to her" 
Izuku: "thank you" and they both walk away...
Dabi: "really? Ukuzi you just said your name backwards" 
Izuku: "whatever it worked" soon they see the nurse and they gave the slip to her 
"*sigh* her....alright come on" sounding a little rude Izuku has some suspicion that they probably don't treat their patients well here...he looks at the other patients and sees they are indeed...broken...he wonders if it got any worse he could end up here when he was still...his old self soon the nurse had them follow her into an Elevator taking them to the fourth floor
Izuku: "you have a lot of patients here" 
"yeah" 
Izuku: "aren't you worried about Johnny?" 
and she laughs: "what because he's going to take a couple of crippled people...get real" okay he has the urge to kill her right now Dabi nudged him telling to keep his cool
soon the door opens and they follow her to the room she's kept in soon she bangs on it loudly 
"REI YOU HAVE VISITORS!!" he could hear her jump from the sound...Dabi was about to make a move...but he didn't so Izuku went in...and they see her...Rei Todoroki...Dabis mother...and Izukus non related aunt...he had vivid memories of her...she used to take care of him when he was little...hell her and the Bakugos mother took care of him like he was their son...really sad isn't it...Rei sees Izuku and Dabi 
Rei: "hi....um...i'm sorry who are you?" asking them soon Dabi takes the cap off and hood she gasped 
Rei: "t...t....touya?!" and Dabi went up to her 
Dabi: "h..hi...m-mom" he said smiling she got up and hugged him tightly but then she looks at his hair
Rei giggles a little: "you dyed your hair" 
Dabi: "well...i didn't want them to find out my identity" 
Rei: "i've prayed....and prayed to whatever hears my pleas to make sure you are safe....ever since....ever since that man....the scars....i couldn't live with myself...then what i did to Shoto...."and she started crying 
Dabi: "it's alright....i'm safe and sound" she then broke the hug and she looks at Izuku 
Rei: "and you are?" and he took his shades off revealing his green eyes
Izuku: "hey aunty" smiling she recognized him 
Rei: "Izuku...Izuku my baby!" and she hugged him as well but she shivered a little it's like she's hugging an iron pipe 
Rei: "your....your so cold....why?" then she felt his hand...it was like metal..and it didn't sit well with her...she realized what was happening
Rei: "Izuku...your Johnny...aren't you" she said 
Izuku looked down..he felt ashamed about it with her...she was the closest thing to a mother to him.
Izuku: "...yes....yes i am" he said to her...and he waited for her to yell...to scream out to the nurses even to slap him or freeze him in some way...but she didn't...she instead puts a hand to his cheek...
Rei: "might tower...that place...that camp" so she was talking about those camps 
Izuku: "i destroyed them...i killed them all...i will show the world what frauds the heroes are" 
Rei: "then...i hope you will succeed" then it was Dabis turn to be surprise
Dabi: "mom....how are they treating you here?" he asked her seeing how the nurse treated them and the way she talked to her. 
she was silent
Rei: "they....did things you two...things i don't want to talk about...it's horrible....i can't stand it...i can't handle it any longer" then this only fueled their rage 
Izuku: "scans the cameras...and connects to the networks..their he can see the whole CCTV footage that is being recorded...he then goes to the archives where Rei is in...and he looks....
