From His Estate and Manor of York, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, Duke of York Territory hears about the discord in his nephew's Dukedom on Star Base 12, and he doesn't like what he hears.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard traveled with Lord David Robert Stuart and Lord Robert Alexander Stuart on April 30, 2153 and Lord David Robert Stuart settles on Star Base 12 and claims the southeastern territory of Star Base 12 and names it the Dukedom of Lennox Territory and it is Lord David Robert Stuart's great-granddaughter, Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart who marries Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR in 2228, and it is her brother, Lord James Alexander Stuart, who is the father of Lord Alexander Charles Stuart, Duke of Lennox Territory.

Lord Robert Alexander Stuart settles on Star Base 10 and claims the Southern Territory on Star Base 10 and names it the Earldom of Moray and Lord Thomas Stafford claims the Western Territory on Star Base 10 and names it the Dukedom of Buckingham Territory and the other smaller territory is claimed by Lord William Craven, and he names his The Earldom of Craven.

Star Base 10 is smaller in size and so therefore less populous than Star Base 12 that is larger in size.
