I was sitting in my room painting away. When I heard Jeremy yell up towards Elena. "Elena, I need the money." I smiled and set my brush down and walked down stairs.

"Here, you go keep the change." Elena said to the pizza guy. I swung around the banister and looked at the pizza guy. He is new.

"Hey, did you just start?" I asked him before he left. He looked at me and smiled.

"Yeah, last night was my first night." He said as he just stared at me.

"Well, I hope you have a good night. I don't want to kept you." I said as I waved bye to him.

"Good night." He left and Iwent to get a slice of pizza.

I was walking through the halls of the school, looking for jeremy so we could have lunch together. I stopped when I got to Mr. Saltzman's classroom.

"You don't actually believe that there are vampires in Mystic Falls." I heard Mr. Saltzman ask Jeremy.

"I think statistically there's been a lot of animal attacks and mysterious deaths, people gone missing more than any other place in Virginia." Jeremy explained.

"It's conjecture but creative. Which is why you get the 'A" I smiled and walked in the classroom waiting for Jer. They both turned and looked at me.

"Sorry, I was just waiting for you to get done." I said as I leaned on the door frame. Jeremy smiled at me and placed his books in his bag.

"Oh, and Jeremy. The source that you cited, Jonathan Gilbert."

"Oh my ancestor's journal?"

"Yea, I would really like to read that." Jeremy pulled it out of his bag and handed it to Mr. Saltzman.

"If you liked the paper, you are going to really like this." Jeremy said and we were out the door. I hit him in the arm lightli and he laughed.

"How come you didn't tell me about your paper topic?" I asked him and snatched it out of his hand. "I should so read this if Jeremy Gilbert got an 'A' on it." I flipped through it and pretended to read it.

"Funny." He said as he took the paper back. "So what do you want to eat?" He asked as he shoved the paper in his bag.

"Oh, I ordered pizza. I should be in the front office by now." I laughed as we made our way to the front office. We walked in the the front desk lady handed me a box and we left the office.

"They let you get away with too much." Jer said as we sat down at an empty table.

"Whatever." I took a slice of pizza and bit into it. We enjoyed a little small talk as we ate the pizza. A few of the guys came by and took some slices. I waved at them and kept on talking with Jer until the bell rang to go to class.
