The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

—Matthew 6:22-23

The movies and the shows you watch influence you way more than you think. We should try not to watch things that glorify sin. Always Think about this: would Jesus be watching with you or would he leave the room. Notice how when you watch a sad movie it gets to your emotions sometimes? What you watch and listen to influences you. Your subconscious mind is listening. You obviously have self control, but it's so easy to get unwanted thoughts in your head and those thoughts could lead to actions. Why watch something that's against what you believe? Even with music, notice how sometimes it's so catchy that you end up repeating the words, even if it's words that you don't speak on a normal day? Your eyes are the lamp of your body! Try to watch things and listen to music that glorify God. Jesus loves you!

"For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food."
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭5:12‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

This basically talks about not always relying on others to teach you and about getting solid food and not milk. Don't always wait until Sunday to read your Bible or listen to a preaching. You can try to read on your own and have private time with God. I know it's hard trust me but try your best and ask God to help. Going back to the second part, solid food in this context, I think, means actually wanting to know all of God and not just the parts that you like. Being able to discern what is of him and what is not. Often times we tend to give too much attention to the parts of the Bible that make us happy. We love to talk about good things happening to us and about what God promises to do for us instead of just wanting to give him glory (I've been guilty of this too). But what about repentance? What about denying your fleshly desires, taking up your cross, and following Jesus (Matthew 16:24-26)? We hardly hear people nowadays talk about the truth of the Bible. We're not just here to live spectacular lives and always be healthy, happy, or wealthy. This is sadly the false prosperity gospel that is being taught today. It's leading many astray because they start to think that maybe God does not love them because things are not working out for them. Mans chief end is to glorify God and enjoy him forever (catechism), NOT to glorify ourselves and enjoy this Earth forever. Everything we see today will one day come to an end so please don't let yourself get distracted. God put you here for a reason, whether it's to teach, preach, be a doctor, a lawyer, therapist, engineer, etc. You just have to ask him what you're to do because you want to make sure that you're doing everything, and living your life, for his glory (1 Corinthians 10:31). God bless you❤️
