I think we've all gone through persecution/ criticism, because of our faith, at least once in our lives. For me, even a few family members make fun of me for being "too religious." I do not take it personal, but I really feel like it would be easier for me to get by if I had more Christian friends around me. I just started going to anew church and I've met people but I'm not really close to any one. It's okay though because we go to church for God not to meet people. It's just really hard not being around like minded Christians. If you're going through the same thing, I feel you. I just want to remind you that the suffering you're going through cannot be compared to the glory that will be revealed to us (Romans 8:18). Eventually Jesus will come and we will be at peace. It will all be worth it. I recommend praying for those who have hurt/judged you, instead of holding grudges against them. Pray that they will see the truth and be saved because toast what we should want as Christians. We should want everyone, including our enemies(or should I say people who hate or hurt us), saved. Honestly, praying for people who caused me pain is not something I do a lot... maybe not even at all lol. But I am really trying to start doing that because I struggle with forgiveness and I hope you'll do the same too! God loves you❤️
