I saw the boy with the most beautiful eyes today,
when he looked my way.
I saw the boy with the most beautiful laugh today,
as he laughed at a joke I was just about to say.
But the boy with the most beautiful smile doesn't know it,
because he was just bit,
by this thing we call life,
it causes him strife,
and he doesn't know of his smile,
the one that goes on for miles,
because he hasn't smiled in a while.
Oh, boy, won't you smile for me?
Someday, your smile will be,
higher than the mountains you climb to,
if I made you smile, would you?
