"Anna, are you awake yet?"

Said Ella from the first storey. Anna had just woken up from her sleep after hearing to her mother's voice. She slid her feet into the slippers and turned the knob of the door to open it. She gently held her gown and got down the stairs. Ella saw her and said,

"Oh, here you are"

"Why were you shouting out to me early in the morning, mother?"

"You call this early morning? The sun is already high in the sky"

Anna looked out the window and did see that the sun was up, high in the sky. She then said,

"It is not early morning, of course"

"Now, can you go near the coops and get some eggs?"

"That's why you woke me up?"

"Just get going, young lady"

Anna rolled her eyes and went towards the coops. She opened the door and looked out when she choked up on her own tongue with surprise.
She shouted, "Mona!" and ran towards the direction of the coops.

Her horse that had run away a few days ago was standing in front of her and she was filled with joy. She went and hugged her near the neck. She leaned her forehead to that of Mona's and said,

"I missed you so much!"

She then touched her silky, shining chestnut fur. She opened the gates and then sat on her horse. She said,

"Ready?"

Mona ran through the gates and went onto the road. Anna's hair started to unbraid itself due to the wind but Anna was too much into joy to care about her hair. She learnt how to ride a horse when she was 15 years old and Mona was with her since then. She had an emotional attachment with the mare. Seeing her Mona after she ran away for two months meant the entire world to Anna. She went through the trees and soon into the market. Mona was made to reduce the speed with which she ran and she was soon walking. Anna got off Mona's back and searched for a barrel of water for Mona.

She saw the merchant who criticised her a couple of days ago near the church. She just smiled in order to be polite to the elderly man and walked away. She soon spotted a barrel of water. There was already a horse drinking water from it. She went there and Mona too started drinking water. She saw the other horse too had brown fur and what was the most attractive feature of it was a white patch it had on its forehead. She then heard a voice say,

"Buenos días señorita Lockwood!"
[Translation: Good morning miss Lockwood!]

Anna turned around and saw the man in a brown hat but in a white coloured linen shirt without the coat. Anna smiles and said,

"Buenos días, Dylan,o debería llamarte Sr. George?"
[Translation: Good morning, Dylan, or should I call you Mr George?]

"Oh, stop. That's too much of Spanish"

Anna chuckled and said,

"Where did you learn that sentence then?"

"I asked Julia"

"Oh..."

Then Dylan took hold of the reins of the horse and Anna said,

"Is that your horse?"

"Yes"

"You have a very good looking horse! What is its name?"

"Name?"

"You haven't named your horse?"

"No..."

"Then give him a name"
