Jess' POV

"Andrea." Napatingin ako kay Tito Brian when he called me

"Po?" I replied

"I don't mean to offend any of you but I think that it really was better that you left Bryle." He said and chuckled

"Son, I warned you before, didn't I? Yet you didn't listen." He said and I saw Bryle avert his gaze from mine in the rearview mirrow

Tito Brian cleared his throat and I saw him glancing at me and Bryle before clearing his throat again.

"Andrea, Bryle, think of it. What if you didn't leave Bryle, Andrea? Do you think you would grow? I know it was painful for the both of you, your friends talked to me to let you two see each other, to help Bryle but I didn't because I want you both to grow." He said and sighed

"I saw your potentials, but you're both being held back by each other. Bryle held you back, Andrea. While Bryle was held back of his possessiveness and fear of losing you. You needed to split to grow and mature and look at yourselves now." He said and I saw him smile at us

Hindi ko alam pero parang narealize ko yung point ng sinasabi ni Tito Brian.

"I'm not saying this to rekindle your old flame but for the both of you to realize. It may have hurt you but you have to admit, it taught you a lesson you'll always remember." He said and stopped the car

That's when I noticed na nasa Ancestral hose na pala namin kami.

"Thank you, Tito." I said and went down the car

Pagkaalis nila, I took our my video cam at nagsimulang magfilm. I made mysef calm muna dahil sobra akong na tense kanina.

"Hi! I'm back, I didn't shoot during the trip to our ancestral house here in Montana since it's Bryle's father who brought me here and as you can see, Bryle's not here anymore." Sabi ko while the camera is facing me.

Ipinakilala ko yung Granparents ko, parents ni Jester and Jester, of course. I went to one of the guestrooms and unsurprisingly, I have clothes here too. My parent aren't here yet baka nasa flight pa or something.

"So, how is it going with Ace?" Tita Estelle asked while we're eating lunch the next day.

It's currently December 23rd, a day before Christmas Eve and two days before Christmas Day. As usual, sabay sabay kaming nagla lunch. Last year, Tita Nathalia's with us pero ngayon she's with the Lims.

"Ace?" I asked Jester.

It's unusual dahil ususally kilala ko ang mga girls na associated kay Jester.

"You didn't know, Andrea? Jester is courting Ace Juarez." Dad said and I raised my brow at Jester

Marunong palang manligaw si Jester. That's new.

Wait. Juarez? Parang familiar.

"I'm still courting her at her house. We're still studying too so I'm waiting and wasn't doing anything too advance." Jester said

"That's good to hear. How about you, Andrea?" Grandpa asked me

Yun lang. Naalala akong tanungin ni Grandpa which he does every year.

"What about me po?" I asked him and wiped my lips with a tissue.

"When are you planning to introduce your boyfriend to us?" Grandma asked
