ATTEMPT FOURTY THREE

so this time i wanted to try something different. i saw on tiktok that there were some good ways to do it. i dont remember all of them, but there were two that stood out to me. one is shifting through a lucid dream and the other is turning off the left side of your brain. 

so i started off with affirming i was getting shifting symptoms (someone on tiktok said that you could do this and youd actually get symptoms) and i actually did. then i tried turning off the left side of my brain but i realized i didnt really know how to do this. they didnt explain in depth enough (all i knew was to close my eyes, not move, and affirm for 15-20 min) and honestly i didnt have that patience so i just moved on the lucid dreaming. i affirmed i would be abl to control my dream and i would shift through i and then i got a lot of symptoms and i had a good feeling it would work.

it didnt 😀

honestly its okay though because i feel like i got close and ill try again today which is a celestial event.
