sometime last week
i forgot to record my progress, but i tried shifting while in a hotel room. i was listening to theta waves with raindrop sound effects. i did my go-to method, the julia method, but for some reason, i end up just laying in bed for hours with no progress. id still be waiting for me to shift after ive already gone through the method. not much to say but ill try again soon.
