Chapter 4 - Emma

Isabella's P.O.V

*Two weeks later*

We have found a different underground cave to stay in the second day we were here. It was spacious, giving us room to train. I was the Alpha, so I showed everyone the moves. Elina had improved tremendously and Sam was well on her way on being an amazing warrior. They were pretty good before but now they could really defend themselves. The only thing that bothered me was my bad feeling. The same type of feeling I had before we saved Sam. The only thing I could think about is not again. We planned to stay here for two more weeks but I think that it will no longer be possible. I have not told Elina or Sam yet but we have resumed taking our to-go bags everywhere. 

I am walking through the forest, looking for the same damn ingredients for the same damn ingredients for the same damn masking scent spray. I am very paranoid since the last two times I did this, I ran into Elina and Samantha. I mean I am grateful for meeting them but it was different than I wanted to meet my pack. I began to think through the exercices I would make Elina and Sam do until someone ran into me. 

A girl literally ran into me going full wolf speed in her human form sending me flying into a tree. I sent a message to Elina and Sam for help. They came in a blink of an eye: Elina holding the girl down and Sam checking on me. I got up when I heard howls in the distance. I told Elina,

"Bring her back to the cave. We do not want her to tell her pack about us." The howls were coming closer. "Put some spray on her and hurry!"

We ran to our home, gagging the girl and carrying her. She did not even fight us which is strange. When we arrived at the cave, Elina dropped the girl in the corner and started the preparations to leave. We mind-linked to talk about what to do with the girl. Eventually, we came to the conclusion we had to talk to her. I approached her, telling her,

"If you scream, we will kill you." She nods and I remove the gag. I then ask,

"Who are you? How old are you? Why are you here?" She answers,

"I am Emma, omega of the Crescent Pack. I am 18 years old. I...I...I..." Emma burst into tears. I inwardly groan. This reminded me too much of Elina and Sam for me to let her go. I go to her and hug her. Elina and Sam also help to comfort and reassure Emma. She finally got control of herself and I ask again,

"Can you please tell us what's wrong?" She then tells us,

"I was transported here via car. It is my mate, Alpha Christopher of the Shadow Tooth Pack, who made me. I was happy at Crescent Pack. I was not that badly mistreated. I do not want to be mated to the Alpha of one of the bloodthirsty packs. I mean I never met my mate before. I do not even know how he knew we were mates. I told my gu..guards that I had to go to the bathroom so they let me out. I think they knew I was an omega. They thought I would not run, but I did until I ran into you. I am sorry about that."

"It's fine. I've been hit worse."

"So... you won't return me to the Alpha."

"Nope." I smiled. "In fact, we thought you were gonna turn us in. You see, we're rogues."

"Cool. How? And how long have you been rogues?"

"Well, I ran away from my mate, Alpha Carson. By the way, my name is Elizabeth but call me Izzy. I am also the daughter of the Alpha of the Thunder Mane Pack. I have been a rogue for seven or eight weeks." I gesture to Elina and she speaks,

"I am Elina, daughter of the beta of the Gray Mane Shadows Pack. I ran away from my mate, Alpha Alex of the Black Mane Pack. I have been a rogue for a month" She gestures to Sam who tells her part,
