How to Fall... Without Trying To (GirlxGIRL)

Aria

I walk into the coffee shop with 10 minutes to spare before work, theres only a few people inside so I'll be able to get in and out. The guy in front of me looks back at me then says something to the girl at the register before walking away.

"Hi!" The girl says as I step up to the register to order

"Hello! May I have a vanilla ice coffee with a blueberry muffin warmed?" I order my usual then go to pull my card out of my wallet

"Yes ma'am, and the gentleman before you paid for your order already" The girl smiles

"Really?" I look behind me to find the guy that paid for my order

"Yea" She nods

I walk over to the guy and smile "Thank you for paying for my order"

"If you want to really thank me? You'll let me take you out to lunch sometime" The guy smiles

"I would love to, but I don't even know your name" I laugh a little

"Kace" He smiles even wider

"Aria" 

"Nice to meet you, Aria" He pulls a pen out of his pocket and writes something on a napkin then hands it to me, "And now you have my number"

"Thank you"

I assess him a little bit, he's about 6ft tall and has hazel blue eyes that honestly pierce into my soul. His bronze skin catches the sun a little too well and I feel like I'm going to melt when he smiles. Well damn, I'm already catching butterflies over here and all he had to do was buy my coffee and muffin.

"I hope to take you out later" Kace smiles at me just as his name is called to get his order

"Maybe" I grin

"Maybe sounds like a 'yes' to me" Kace smiles before walking out the door

"Okay, can I get you to turn your head a little to the left?" I ask the model, poking my head from behind my camera. She does as instructed and I take another shot, angling the camera a little more before taking my final shot, "Alright! Thank you and I'm going to look at these and we should be set"

"Alright, thank you" The model nods before walking away to hair and make-up

I look through the photos, calculating the work I have to do on them.

"I like that one" My client, designer Stacey Todd, looks over my shoulder to view the photos

"It is pretty good" I nod, "I believe we are done for the day. If you want to look through these so I can see which ones will go in for the editing for the final product?"

"Of course" Stacey smiles

"Thank you" I smile, walking away to grab a water bottle from the mini fridge. While I'm here, I pull out my phone and the napkin Kace wrote his number on. I form a few text messages to send but end up deleting them before settling for something simple

-Hey Kace, its Aria-

I send it and before I can put my phone back in my pocket, I receive a text back

-Hey Aria! I hoped you would text me. Now I have your number too-

Oh my goodness, I can just feel him smiling right now! I'm going to melt.

-That you do- I reply back with a smile

-Holy shit, you guys! I met this hot guy earlier and now I'm texting him- I send to the AVs

-HoT GuY YoU SaY?!- Adrianne replies back before the minute is over
