                                 - Chapter eleven -

Abby was now at Chad and Ethans apartment, she sat on the boys bed as he sat spinning on his desk chair.

"So then when I went back to the class Anika sat there with glitter all over herself." Abby told Ethan the funny stories she remembered about Anika and Quinn. Ethan made sure to listen as he wanted to let Abby grieve the friends she had lost.

An hour or two later Ethan thanked the girl for being at his defence against Mindy.

"I don't blame Mindy." Abby said looking down to adjust the silver ring on her left hand.

Ethan had now moved to sit next to Abby as he copped her hands into his own. He looked into her hazel coloured eyes, "You shouldn't have to deal with any of this." Abby looked down to her hands before looking back up at Ethan.

The immense tension between the two increased before they gave into temptation. Ethan kissed the girl as he held her head in his hand, her hand brushed past his cheek and the passion filled their veins.

Ethan no longer had to worry about dying without expressing his full passion towards Abby and about an hour later, Abby's phone began to buzz.

"Who is it?" the boy asked, "It's Sam, she says that our apartment is ready to go back to." "Wait you're  going back to your apartment?" questioned the boy. "Yeah, of course I am" replied the girl.

"Stay here!" demanded Ethan.

"Ethan I can't I have to change my clothes, wash my hair and get a couple of my things." The boy was desperate for Abby to stay where she was safe, but she refused.

"Fine i'll walk you to your apartment."

"No" said Abby "What if the killer comes for you?"

"He won't" said Ethan.

"But you don't know that." Abby fired back. "You're right." said Ethan sounding slightly defeated.

"How about this? I'll walk you to the end of the road." Ethan asked.

"I'd love that." Abby said as she put her cardigan back on and covering her bandaged wound.

As the two left the apartment, they held hands down the late night street where not many people were found.

When the two finally got to the bottom of the road, Abby made sure that Ethan didn't try to walk with her for his own safety and even though he tried, Abby was adamant he returned home.

The two linked their pinkies before touching their heads together. "Call me as soon as you get home." Ethan said, "only if you do the same." Abby replied.

The two had a final kiss before departing in their opposite ways.

As Abby made her way down the street her phone began to ring.

"Well that was quick." Abby said, expecting Ethan to be the one on the other side, but he wasn't instead a sinister voice spoke to her.

"Hello Abigail!"
