"Dr. Jin, is Young Master really ill?" asked the maid quickly.

"Yes, he is running a fever."

"Must because of the rain tonight."

Dr. Jin nodded. "Let me give him some medications. You must make sure that Young Master Jungkook takes them. And, have him drink lots of water."

The maid acknowledged everything that the doctor said. "I don't think Master and Madam will be returning tonight. Why don't you spend the night here in the guest bedroom, Dr. Jin?" The maid worried that Jungkook would run a fever again later at night.

Dr. Jin had learned that Mrs. Jeon's mother had passed away suddenly. Knowing Jungkook's condition, he decided to stay behind.

Lisa waited until Dr. Jin and the maid were gone before she spent a little sun and quickly gave the medicine to Jungkook.

She was glad that she was there and was able to stay with Jungkook. It was difficult for her to picture Jungkook running such a high fever that he was barely conscious when it was noticed by someone else.

Jungkook was half asleep and groggy. Feeling his cheek being touched by chill hand, he pushed his cheek onto it.

He opened up his eyes and, looking at Lisa in front of him, his deep, low voice was filled with sadness and aggrieve. "Wrong me. Wrong me."

He was wrong. His grandmother was no longer around.

The boy whimpered under the light and Lisa felt her heart gripped. She stroked him gently on his cheek and said to him, "It's not your fault. Nobody knew it was coming."

The night was long and Lisa watched the young man curled up next to her. He was like a little beast that had been defeated and crying out over and over again from the pain that he was suffering.

The sky was bright.

When Lisa had woken up, Jungkook was already gone.

She got up quickly.

When Lisa got downstairs, she saw Jungkook standing straight on the staircase and, not far from him, was Father and Mother Jeon.

The two looked disheveled like they had been up all night. They were back to change out and wash up. They still had to attend the funeral in a little bit.

Jungkook's head was lowered and he stood there quietly. As he was still ill, he looked pale and his lips an abnormal red.

Mother Jeon glanced over at her son, her eyes reddened, then she forced herself to look away and walked out.

Father Jeon told the servants to take good care of Jungkook and followed behind his wife.

After Father and Mother Jeon had left, the two maids couldn't help but whispered to each other. "Madam is mad at Second Young Master, right?"

"Aren't they going to bring Second Young Master to the funeral to see his grandmother one last time?"

"I don't think they will have him there. After all, Old Madam lost her chance of being saved because Second Young Master didn't call out for help."

"I wonder if Madam would be upset at the Young Master in the future."

"That is a tough one. Didn't you see that Madam's eyes were red and swollen from all the crying?"

Lisa walked over to Jungkook and held his hand that was dangling on his side. His palm was burning hot; he was still running a fever.

"You want to go see Grandma off." Lisa's tone was affirmative.

Jungkook's eyes were lowered and his lips pinched shut tightly. He looked like a little beast that had been abandoned by his group.

Hoarse voice seemed to have been squeezed out from his throat. It was low and deep, "Miss Grandma."

Lisa nodded. "I know. I'll take you to see her off."

Jungkook would always regret about this if he didn't go there today.

Jungkook looked up at her.

Lisa's eyes curved a little. "I've told you before. I am Angel Big Sister. I'll fulfill all of your wishes."

She would much rather being able to save Grandma if she could help it.

Jungkook lowered his head again. His hoarse voice was filled with stubbornness. "Odd Big Sister."
