Mingyu was taken aback a little. He was frowning from the pain and he looked baffled. There was nobody there?

Something occurred to him suddenly and he turned and looked in the lobby direction in disbelief. He did not believe in ghosts but he was kicked for certain.

Mingyu got up with a horrible look and both of his knees were in pain. The impact earlier was so strong that his knees hurt when he walked.

He turned again to look at the still expressionless Jungkook. Bothered by what had happened earlier, he did not say anything else to Jungkook.

"Let's go, I'll show you the way," said Mingyu, displeased.

Lisa walked behind Mingyu again and kicked him again, hard.

Seeing how Mingyu had stumbled and dropped down onto his knees one more time, Lisa finally felt a little better. That was what he deserved for bullying Jungkook!

Mingyu's knees were hurting a lot and his handsome face baffled. His brows furrowed as he looked behind him. There was still nobody there.

He had been kicked down twice and it was all very bizarre.

Mingyu looked in the lobby's direction again and he felt a chill down his spine.

Lisa saw the fear on Mingyu and she stopped what she was doing. Better stop while she was head. She didn't want him figuring anything out.

Walking back over to Jungkook, she walked him inside while holding his hand.

Mingyu checked behind him a few times and, making sure that he didn't spot anything, before he hesitantly walked toward the inside, his knees still smarting.

Mother Jeon had figured out a lot after his exchange with her Big Brother. Seeing Jungkook walking in, her eyes reddened once again.

Her son knew nothing. She should not have blamed him for anything.

Mother Jeon walked up to him. "How come you wore so little?" Her son only had on his summer short-sleeve school uniform. It rained last night so the weather was a bit cold.

This was when she noticed that her son's pale cheeks were reddened. She quickly reached out to touch his forehead. She barely touched him when he jerked away.

But she could still detect the abnormal temperature.

Mother Jeon anxiously turned and said to Father Jeon, "Kook's forehead was hot. He's running a fever. Let's have him checked out by a doctor quickly."

Father Jeon walked over and said to her, "Dr. Jin had already checked him out last night. He's running a fever. The servants said that he was out in the rain last night."

"How come you didn't tell me that our son is sick?" Mother Jeon gave Father Jeon a blameful look.

Father Jeon explained himself quickly, "You were not in good spirit and I didn't want you to worry. I've already had Dr. Jin looking after Kook."

Mother Jeon ignored him. She wanted to touch her son's forehead again. "Kook, have you had medications before you leave? Do you feel dizzy?"

Knowing that her son had run out into the rain and gotten ill from it, Mother Jeon felt disturbed and guilt.

Mingyu stood there quietly next to them with the pain on his knees. He could still feel the chill on his back.

Taemin and the other Lee family member saw Jungkook walking inside. They didn't look happy but, just as Mother Jeon had pointed out, they were merely diverting their anger by blaming everything onto Jungkook. Nobody else said that Jungkook should not be there.

Mother Jeon took Jungkook in front of the Old Madam and had him get down on his knees with lit incense.

Jungkook looked at the Old Lady who was laying there, his lips pinched shut tightly. Lisa saw the sadness in his eyes and the blankness of a little beast who couldn't find his way home.

By the time Jungkook had clumsily offered up the incense to his grandmother, Mother Jeon had someone brought him some water. His lips were so dry that they were starting to crack and his cheeks were red from the fever.

Jungkook stayed to one side quietly but he continued to look stubbornly in his grandmother's direction.
