I started to notice that my arms look more toned, and when I flex them I can see and feel the muscle really easily! Although idk if I'm actually becoming stronger though since I haven't lifted anything heavy yet.

Also I think my reflexes are getting faster? I recently downloaded a rhythm game and I remember getting a perfect score on a normal, almost Hard game.

It must be results since I have only eaten junk food these last couple days. :b
