"Phil, I'm hurt!" I yelled as I massage my legs. He walked to me, more like jogged to me then put one of his knee down and look at my legs "PHIL! I'M HURT!" I yelled again when he was not doing anything

He pushed it down but I yelled in pain then grab his hair "Oww! Shit!" he yelled then held onto his hair and I put my hand back on my legs

"Phil, I'm really hurt. Help me on this one, please" I said then held on his shoulder as he lifted me up then put his hands under my legs "Phil..." I cried again as he jogged out the gym, eyes all on us

He put me on the backseat as he took the keys of his cars from his pocket then dialed April while he was speeding to the highway "April, we're on the way to the hospital. Jade got into an accident. Get her stuff for me on the gym then use her car" Phil instructed her as she answered frantically. He ended the call then went back to the road "Look, what exactly happened?" he asked with one of his hands behind a chair

"I was on the monkey bars when my arms gave in and I fell feet first. My legs are really hurt" I said as I a few tears slip out from my eyes

"You're good, you're good. Okay, we're here now" Phil said then exit the car, he open the door to my side then carried me bridal style again

He jog to the emergency room and put me on the bed he saw, nurses jogged to me then told me to do stuff on my leg. They told me to straighten it out which I did then they put a pillow underneath it "Okay Jade, I'm doctor Varls. Tell me where exactly the pain is-"

"It's on my leg, like my left leg" I answered, a little pissed off then he touched the lower part of my leg then moving up. He touched the part, under my knee and I winced in pain "That hurts"

"Okay, we're getting you scanned okay? We'll get you scanned right now" he said as he instructed the nurse to wheel me to the MR-scan thingy. Phil followed behind then April appeared behind him

"Hey, you'll be alright" I nodded at April's words then they got me inside the room. They lifted my foam under the MR scan then I felt the bed move

While inside that, the only thing that comes to my mind is a bad injury, a bad injury that could cost me my career. I'm not ready, I'm too young to retire

I felt the thing move back then I saw lights again, the nurses lifted me up then told me to change. I sat up and remove my top as they help me with the hospital dress "When I wear this it means that I would be staying here right?" I asked her, she gave me a faint smile, but didn't answer. She doesn't need to answer that for me

They wheeled me to a room which Phil and April followed "I'm going to get pulled out from the card won't I?" I asked no one in particular as I played with the hospital clothes. When no one answered me, I just smiled faintly but was quickly replaced with a serious face

The door opens and reveals the doctor, he close the door behind him with clipboard on his hands

"I'll call Dana" Phil said then exit the room, passing by the doctor with his head bow down

"I'll call Ronda" April excused herself as well, she closed the door behind her as well. I saw her give me a sad look then waited what the doctor will say about my faith

"I'll go straight to the point, you have a torn ACL. Very common injury for athletes, but definitely one of the worst injuries an athlete would get" the doctor explained as he showed me the x-ray results

"It would get you in a minimum of 6 months and maximum of 8 months. I'm very sorry for this Ms. Goldberg" I nodded then wipe a few tears seeping out and sniffle "I'll check up on you later to put on your cast. We get you operated by tomorrow, after that you would spend here in a maximum of 5 days , we would provide you a therapist after that. Rest easy, Jade. I'll be going now" I nodded then shook his hand
