Chapter 1. Dream

*Kiera's POV*

"Where am I?" said to myself,

I look at my hands and at my clothes I'm wearing a bright red gown, while my dark brown hairs are untied, I look around and find myself alone in an place covered in snow,

"Hello! Can anyone hear me!"

"Kiera I think you are just talking to yourself there's no-one here"

I say to myself and start to walk forward soon I see a silhouette of a Guy standing in front of me, He is tall and is leaning against a tree,

"Huh.... I think I found someone"

I sigh, I can't see his face I take my steps in his direction a bit scared, slowly I take my hand to touch his shoulder, I put my hand on his shoulder and he turn around,

He is standing in dark, I can only see his deep and beautiful blue eyes, which are staring at me calmly.

"Who are you?" I ask him, I stretch my hand to touch him,
Suddenly a voice says inside my head,

"Wake up!"

I open my eyes and sees my Roommate Betty standing in front of me looking at me with her hazel eyes like I'm dumb, I get up quickly,

"What the hell was that? That was a dream?" saying I sighs,

"Yes you were dreaming and even talking" says Betty looking at me as if I'm a mad woman her small nose scrunch up as she pouts her small plump lips,

"What?" I ask her getting up from couch,

"Come on Keira it's just 12 of night and you are dreaming" She comments,

"I was waiting for you that when you'll come while waiting for you I slept" I replied yawning.

Well it's true that I don't sleep that easily I'm a total night owl, but while watching TV tonight I loose and my sleep won.

"Well if you are out of your dreams then can you please make a cup of coffee for me" asks Betty with a childlike expression on her face.

"Of course even I need it" saying I walk in kitchen as Betty leaves for shower, She comes back and shows me box of pastries she bought for me.

We get settle on the couch of hall, she takes a sip of her coffee and says" it's amazing man you made the best coffee"

"flattered" I replied,

"So what were you dreaming of?.. Oh.. Wait a minute must be dreaming of your Boyfriend right" Betty said amused

Even a name of his kills my mood, I sighs and answers " I was dreaming I was not in an nightmare"

"What happened.. You again had fight with him" she says,

"I don't want to talk about him" I said shrugging my shoulders as if I really don't care and trust me now I really don't care about him. I get up to put our cups back in kitchen,

"But he is your fian...." Betty was about say it,

But I stopped her in middle "He is not my fiance, he is my irritating weird boyfriend or I should say he was" I said all of it suddenly and she stares at me with her mouth open, saying this I went to kitchen, she follows me,

"What's the matter? " She asked

"I don't know but I don't feel good with him he is so dominating he always points on my decisions I mean come-on its my freaking life and no one can control it" I replied fed up,

It really pissed me off when someone else tries to control my life or my decision,

"So you were seeing some other guy in your dreams when you are already in a relationship" Betty says raising her eyebrow,

"Firstly we are not in a relationship anymore and, secondly why girls are always asked to just think about your one guy, even if the guy is not loyal still you have to be loyal" I reply clearly annoyed,

"You are back with your speeches, what you want now?" She replied,

"I'm breaking up with him" I announce,

"Seriously", Betty says with wide eyes,

"Yeah I was with him because it was my mother's last wish to see me happy with him but now I realize that her last wish was to see me happy and I cannot be happy with him so it's better to end this so called relationship" I answer,

"Great! so tell me who's that dream guy of yours" She asks teasing,

"Well it's not the first time I saw him, I have seen him in my dreams plenty of time before but I always see his face covered and just his eyes, deep, beautiful, peaceful, blue eyes staring at me calmly" I say inhaling, peacefully,

"I wish you will find him" Betty says patting my shoulder,

"I wish" smiling I say as I go in my room to sleep.

Troy's POV

I wake up suddenly with my breathing high, and drops of sweat on my forehead, though Air conditioner in my room was working, I wiped them off, I pick up the alarm clock from the table placed beside my huge bed, I looked at the time it was 4o'clock, I was one and a half hour early,

This was not the first time it happened, sleep had broken it's ties with me long ago, sighing I close my eyes, holding my head which was aching, as I close my eyes and again see an blur image of.. her, I get up from my bed and walks towards the large window, which gives me a perfect view of sleeping city, I lean on the window lost in my memories forgetting everything even time,

I get back to my senses when my alarm clock starts to ring, I snooze the alarm " Congrats Troy once again you spend your night standing" I mutters in sarcasm, before going to my usual routine, I enter my gym and starts exercising I hit the punching bag as if I'm hitting every painful aspect of my life to end it but I can't.

I get ready for my office wearing my dark blue suit with my white shirt and blue tie, I come downstairs walking in kitchen to have a glass of juice, I take a sip from it, just my phone rings, I look at the caller ID it's Erik,

"Good Morning Erik",

He answers in an worried tone
"morning Troy, where are you?",

Confused at his question I raise an eyebrow "where I can be Erik, I'm at home, just leaving for office",

"Alright you come here and we'll talk about it" Erik cuts the phone, And I look at the phone thinking what possibly can bother him.
