Chapter 7

Y/n's pov

I walked inside the gate, pretty wisterias around it, I later on, found out that it was keeping in the demons from escaping.

I look around, I see people who are getting ready.

Two girls walk in and explained to us, we have to survive for 7 days, can I survive?

After that, the 7 days started.

I walk around while keeping an eye out if any demons will attack me.

I then smelled a disgusting smell like what demons smell. I quickly covered my nose.

"I hate that smell!" I said as I look around, I then saw one demon running to me, I got into my fighting position.

"Thunder breathing, First Form, Thunderclap and Flash," I said as I dashed towards the demon, I quickly got its neck.

The demon started fading, I looked at my sword.

"Zenitsu is much faster than me, I wish I have him teach me more," I said as I remember zenitsu.

Zenitsu was teaching me the first form that he mastered already, but he lost confidence because of kaigaku, I told him to not listen to kaigaku yet he lost his confidence completely.

(Flashback)

"Wah! Zenitsu you're so fast! I didn't even see you!" I said amazed as he finished using the first form.

"Really y/n-chan?" he asked.

"Yes! You're so fast! How did you do that!?" I asked wanted to learn, even tho I'm older than him he is much more talented than me especially using the first form.

"Can you teach me!?" I asked zenitsu, he looked shocked.

"Are you sure?" he asked me.

"Yes!" I said happily.

"Sure I'll teach you!" he said smiling, I jumped in happiness.

He taught me how to do it, but he was still much faster, he was training me for 3 months but he stopped after kaigaku started talking bad things to us.

"You really want zenitsu to teach you?" kaigaku asked as he saw me and zenitsu practicing the first form.

"Yeah" I responded.

"Tsk! Don't rely on him, if you do you'll only master the first form like zenitsu" he said.

"Don't talk bad to him. I know he will master all of the forms, just look at how he uses the first form! No one is faster than him!" I said defending zenitsu.

"You really believe in him?" he asked.

"Yeah!" I said.

"Tsk! You'll get nowhere, especially zenitsu" he said rolling his eyes.

"Just wait and see! Zenitsu will master every form, and he will become the fastest beating you! One day he will create a new form! He will be-" I got cut off by zenitsu, I was letting all out my anger at kaigaku, but zenitsu stopped me.
