MONACO
NARRATOR POV: Sunny, racing free Saturday morning, Charles and Brynn, decided to have a picnic in their favorite spot in the woods, right outside their hometown. With a nice plan they sprung into action and started to pack.
They packed a lot of tasty sandwiches, fresh fruits, and a homemade lemonade in a wicker basket. Ready to go, dressed in light and summer-like clothing they decided to take their bikes and get to the spot in more eco-friendly way. It wasn't like they're gonna go that far anyway, so taking the car was pointless. The trip was nice and joyfull, as they indulged each other in nice conversation, laughing and joking around, while chirping birds and almost cloud-less, baby blue sky added to the amazing atmosphere.
Upon reaching their spot, they laid out a cozy red and blue blanket beneath the shade of a sprawling oak tree overlooking a little valley and the Monaco far away down bellow. The gentle breeze rustled the leaves overhead, creating a tranquil symphony in companion with chirping birds. They settled down, relishing the beauty of nature surrounding them.
Charles unwrapped the sandwiches and brynn took out the fruits and drinks, to set them down onto the blannket as well. Their eyes had happy twinkle in them, and for the tirst time in a long weeks both of them felt trurly rested and relaxed. They indulged in the delectable feast, savoring each bite and exchanging playful banter. They laughed, sharing stories and dreams, their hearts growing closer with each passing moment.

The sun reached its zenith, casting a golden glow upon their little hide-out spot, painting the sky in rainbow colors, they found solace in the comforting silence that enveloped them. Charles leaned in and whispered:
-Brynn, I have a surprise for you.
-Do you, now?- curiosity sparkled in her chocolate like eyes as Charles reached into the depths of the basket and pulled out a small velvet box. Opening it, he revealed a delicate silver necklace adorned with a shimmering pendant.
-B, you are the light of my life, my safe harbour in all the wrongs, my home and my future. I cannot and don't want to imagine my life without you and this necklace symbolizes the infinity of love I have for you. Will you be mine forever?- he asked, his heart hammering in his chest faster than this year's Red Bull car.
Tears welled up in Brynn's eyes as she nodded, unable to find words to express her joy. Charles gently placed the necklace around her neck, and they sealed their commitment with a tender kiss.
Their picnic continued, but now it held an even deeper significance. The park seemed to rejoice with them, showering petals from the blooming flowers as a colorful celebration of their love.
As the afternoon waned, Charles and Brynn packed their belongings, cherishing the memories they had created. Hand in hand, they got back to their bikes, and then cycled back home, their hearts overflowing with gratitude for the simple yet profound moments they had shared.

Years later, whenever they reminisced about that picnic, their eyes would sparkle with the same joy and love that had filled their hearts that day, forever reminding them of the power of a simple gesture in the most cherished of settings. And the eaxact same story became their kids favourite bed time story, and was requested almost every night, as the twins begged and pleaded to hear it once more. They knew then, that their future looks bright and shiny, whatever might happen....
THE END

I'm sorry that it's so short, but I was away a lot during vacation and then had a lot to do for Uni, so didn't really have a time, nor idea.
But I'm back now, so I hope you'll forgive me for the long wait....
For now I'll post 2x a week until I get my groove back, then I'll get back to normal posting schedule, so bear with me for now please...
It's a bit short, but I still thing it's cute and fluffy...
Have a nice day! / Goodnight!
