Third POV

They looked at the diagram for some time before nodding, they understood.

"Par" (But) Ashwatthama raises his hand slightly, "Sandesh dimag ko kaise gata hai? Ankh toh yahin pe khatam ho gata hai na?" (How does the message go to the brain? Our eyes end here only?) He says pointing at the side of his face.

"Bilkul sahi baat hai." (Correct point.) Ananya says. "Humare nason ki madd se." (Using the help of our nerves.)

Ashwatthama makes an 'o' face. While, Duryodhana looks confused.

"Nason?" (Nerves)

"Umm...... tantrikon?" (Umm..... Nerves) Ananya tries another word for nerves. Duryodhana looks as confused as before.

"Ruko bhai." (Wait brother.) Ananya says, turning to her, flipping the notebook into another blank page.
Duryodhana was surprised to be addressed as Bhai, but it didn't seem Ananya cared. The others were astounded too.

"Kya kar rahin hai aap, Devi?" (What are you doing, lady?) Duryodhana asks.

"Kya yaar. Maine aapko bhai bulaya aur aap Mujhe Devi bula rahe ho, kahan ka nyay hai?" (What man, I called you brother and you are calling me lady, what kind of justice is this?) Ananya pouts.

Karn outright whacks him on the head, "yeh konsa tarika hai, Suyodhana? Aapni behen se aise baat kartein hai?" (What is this way, Suyodhana? Who takes with their sister like this?)

"Karn" Duryodhana whines. The others chuckle.

"Kshama behena, ab yeh batao yeh kya bana rahi ho?" (Pardon me sister, do tell what are you making.) Suyodhana asks, once everyone stops.

She draws a few more lines, before looking at the boys.

"Yeh shishyon, hammari ek nas hai." (This, students, is one of our nerves.) Ananya says.

"Huh?"

"Isse hi nas kehetein hai. Ye hamare sharir mein lakhon ki sankhya mein hotein hai." (We call this Neurons. They are present in our body in lakhs.) Ananya clarifies.
