I sat alone at home, decorating my Christmas tree last year I didn't think of Christmas being special until Christmas past showed me how important Christmas could be.

Kakashi-sensei appeared on my balcony.

"Hey Kakashi-sensei, what's up?" I asked

"How would you like to spend Christmas with Nariko?" Kakashi asked

"Um, it'll be fine... I guess..." I shrugged my shoulders

"Good... Cause she's coming right now." Kakashi-sensei finished the last part fast

"What?"

"What is it? Listen Nariko didn't know the true value of Christmas. Last year, she was being joyful and jolly because that's what she heard being in the holiday spirit. Sakura would be away for the holidays, Naruto has been invited to Hinata's house and Nariko doesn't want anyone and herself to feel lonely so she decided to come to visit you. Take care." Kakashi-sensei said about to leave

"There's no way. I'm staying here with her throughout the holidays." I said

"Think of it as a special mission," Kakashi-sensei mentioned

"Since you've put it that way," I said looking away

"Good luck and Merry Christmas!" Kakashi-sensei jumped off the balcony

I closed the door to my balcony. After a while my doorbell ring, I bet it's Nariko.

I look through my peephole to see Nariko standing with a duffle bag over her shoulders. I opened my door.

"Hiya Sasuke." Nariko greeted

"Come on in." I invited

Nariko walked in placing her bag on the floor next to my bedroom door. She took out some presents from Kakashi, Hinata, Neji, and Konoharmau's squad and places them underneath a plain gigantic tree left to be decorated. I stuck some gifts I've got from girls in The Leaf, Sakura, and Kakashi.

"That was a waste of time." Nariko sighed

"I agree. Let's decorate the tree in the meanwhile." I pulled up the box filled with tree decorations.

"So what do people do on Christmas?" Nariko asked. I looked at her remembering what Kakashi said about pretending to be in the Christmas spirit.

I didn't know where to behind.

"What people do is that you usually decorate a tree, put presents underneath it. And then you put up your stockings-" I stopped

"What's a stocking?" Nariko asked

"You hang it up and Santa fills it up with toys and candy," I said. I never believed in Santa till Nariko told me about her past Christmas. Nariko's eyes lit up.
