Once we made it to our room we walked into the living room as I held tightly onto my roses just smiling at them then out of the window looking at the view of the well lit city. Michael begun playing some music off his phone as I knew he was winding down to get ready for bed. "Dangerously in Love" By Beyoncé begun to play as I was creating a boomerang for my Instagram story since I haven't posted a thing since New Year's. When it came to social media I honestly just used it more for work than actually getting on here every five seconds to post out to tweet something it just wasn't me I loved keeping my life private unless I wanted to share my life with others.
I did say as far as social media I was going to get better at posting things because my followers do want to see me and they support me so it's the least I can do.
"Babe I kind of want a horse now" I brought up as I heard him laugh but I kept looking out of the window. "What you need a horse for? you got a dog." He asked. "So I can ride it. I don't know" I answered. "Alright babe" he said with a small laugh as it started to rain. "Ooo babe it's raining" I said before I turned around excitedly to see Michael on one knee.
"Michael" I started off "remember earlier we were talking about what I wanted for my birthday?" Michael asked as I nodded still confused on why this Nigga was on the floor. "Babe what are you doing? I asked in a nervous laugh as he chuckled pulling out a small red box that had "Cartier" engraved on the top. I immediately placed my hand over my mouth. "Although I appreciate what you've gotten me for my birthday what I really want for my 30th birthday far more special to me and all I want is for my best friend to say "Yes" To marrying me" he said as I felt my eyes water.
"Munchie I love you so much and honestly our time apart made me realize how much I can't do life without you with me. I'm tired of waiting and waiting for the perfect time for us to get engaged or get married when it's really never the right time to do anything" He explained grabbing my hand continuing to look up at me as I wiped my tears seeing a tear roll down his cheek as he hurried to wipe it. "Babygirl Everything is in place I just need you to say yes." He said as he opened the box revealing the ring.

"So I ask you as your best friend and as your boyfriend will you marry me?" He asked as my tears started to fall uncontrollably. I nodded my head "yes!" I expressed as another tear fall from his eyes causing him to bow his head as I wiped my tears and held his head up before wiping his tears. He then slid the ring on my finger as it fitted perfectly on my ring finger.
He finally stood up as I wrapped my arms around his neck and we shared a passionate kiss. We finally pulled away as we rested our foreheads on each other. "I love you so much!" He admitted. "I love you too" I honestly said feeling myself start to cry again. I was trying so hard not to ugly cry but Michael knew how to pull the right strings.
