Chapter Twenty One- Arguments Between Lovers

        "At least I wasn't married!"

        "You were in a relationship! It was just as much you as it was me!"

        "I can't believe I trusted you! The first chance you get...you are with someone else! Someone you hardly know!"

        "Yeah like you can talk! First second single and you are with someone else..."

        "Enough!" Ellie screamed-interrupting them both.

        They stopped and looked directly to her.

        "I am done hearing this. Ye'd daft! I do not have interest in Colin!"

        They both looked at her now in confusion.

        "What do you mean?" Jennifer asked.

        "I am not interested in his type..."

        "Actors?"

        "Guys..." She said slightly blushing.

        "But you were flirting with him at the diner, the cafe, the room..."

        "For cover. I knew you had been there and you would grow angry. I was just nervous you would not see me as a threat and I would fail my mission."

        "You were very convincing..." Colin said, brushing his finger under his chin. "Is Maddox...?"

        "Yes, he is very interested in women...."

        Colin grew upset, storming off. Jennifer politely dismissed herself-thanking Ellie for her honesty and apologizing. She then went to find Colin.
