I woke up to the smell of breakfast. Then I remembered I was in this house alone. I jumped up and ran into the kitchen. It was Ju, the on call chef Dominique hired when I was pregnant.
"Ju, what are you doing here?" I questioned.
"Mr. Jones told me to come and cook breakfast for you." he said handing me a plate of food. "Happy Mother's Day."
"Thank you." I said taking a seat at the island.
"I'm guessing he's the one that let you in also?" I questioned.
He chuckled and nodded his head as he poured me a glass of orange juice. "Yes he is. Along with baby boy."
I took a bite of the food. "Mm, I've missed you."
"You guys have been missed too." he said.
