I stared at the floor feeling real nervous.

I felt my face turning into a deep red.

" You're ready..." Nathaniel repeated shocked.

I could hear my heart in my ears.

Nathaniel placed his fingers under my chin and lifted my face to him.

I started trembling while meeting his eyes.

He was giving me a tender look.

" Are you sure?" He asked in a husky voice.

" I just gotta ask you something! " I whispered.

My legs were turning jello.

He caressed my cheek waiting...

" Marisa and you didn't have a thing...

going on, did you?" I asked with sweaty hands.

Nathaniel held my face in his hands.

" No. Only Liam did..." Nathaniel's warm minty breath hit me.

I felt relief in my heart but it was rapidly replaced by my nerves increasing.

" Lets take a walk first!"

I nodded I'm sure he could see that I was very nervous.

Nathaniel started taking his shoes and socks off.

I did as well and he took my hand and took me to the kitchen, where he took a glass cup of champagne and gave it me while he took one for him.

He smiled and squeezed my hand while we walked towards the beach.

The sun was going down... Sunset...

The sky gave out pretty colors. Like orange and pink ones.

In a few minutes it would be nighttime...

I sipped the champagne looking at Nathaniel.

I was so lucky to have him.

I felt the sand beneath my feet, after every step I took, I was feeling the reassurance of Nathaniel's hand in mine; all this actually helped me ease my nerves... (And the pretty sight of him also helped.)

I felt secure... and a feeling I wasn't sure about but I think it was love...

I felt loved.

Nathaniel didn't say anything but I could see he was breathing a little bit uneven, rough.

I had thought this had only affected me but I guess I was wrong.

I let out a sigh of calmness.

We walked along the edge of the line, just where the waves crashed and the water ended.
